The goal from day one was to preserve the soul of the home while injecting it with fresh personality, color, and functionality. The result? Rather than overhaul everything, we embraced what was already special about the home. The original terrazzo floors, for example, were kept intact and became a design anchor throughout. From there, we carefully layered in finishes, colors, and architectural details that spoke to the home’s 1950s character, while adding a playful edge.
