The scope of the work is for full architectural and engineering services related to the design and construction of two concession pavilions for a new public space within the Special Downtown Jamaica District. The site is located along Archer Avenue between 146th Street and 147th Place. The pavilions have a footprint of approximately 5,000 and 3,000 square feet respectively, with full basements of the same square footage. The pavilions shall be sited amidst a landscaped public plaza.
Additionally, the scope extends to synthesizing the landscape elements and the pavilions with the need for sheltering structures at the subway entries.
