Shopping center "Ceramic City", implemented by our project, located in Svyatoshinsky district of Kiev, on the street. Academician Bulakhovskogo, 4. Architectural planning and three-dimensional solutions Trade Center were taken on the basis of the design features of the site, placing it in an existing building and best use, given the size and configuration.
The building is of 3 stores. The sales areas are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Vertically, they are connected by two stairways and open atrium space with a ramp. Trading floor of the first floor is a space located in it showrooms, stands for ceramic tiles and sanitary ware, as well as working places for managers.
In the design of a lot of attention was paid to the comfort of visitors - were developed recreation areas on the first and second floors of the shopping center. On the first floor - is a children's play room with a maze, a restaurant and soft group with coffee tables, where visitors can view the catalogs of ceramic tiles and coffee.
On the second floor, two-storey perimeter recreational area with seating facilities and leisure visitors, there are shopping facilities for the sale of furniture, tiles and accessories. In the center is the pavilion with stained glass, where the meeting rooms and the jobs of managers.
Implement a comprehensive landscaping and beautification of the object of trading floors, with accommodation at their fountains, mosaics and decorative lighting.
