A Luxury villa of 17150 Sq. Ft designed by Radical Architecture with High-end features such as,

- 2 Car parks in Ground floor.
- Home Theater for 15 members
- 8 Bedrooms.
- Business meeting space for the client and his delegates with a party space.
- Adults and Kids Gym.
- Yoga Room.
- Indoor Courtyards.
- 3 Family Lounges.
- Exclusive Family Outdoor Dining Space.
- Servants quarters.
It’s a Home comprising 3 Houses. This villa is for a joint family of three generations. First generation is the elder parents. Their two sons are the second generation. The third generation is the grand children. So satisfying the requirements of the three different generations in a villa was the toughest design parameter.
The Basement floor has 10 Car parks, the home theater, servants quarters. The ground floor has the first generation family bedrooms and shared requirements like kitchen, dining, yoga and family room. The first floor has two clusters. The first cluster is for the first son and his children’s family. The second cluster is for the second son and his children’s family. The two clusters share a common living, gym, play room in the first floor. Each cluster has it’s personalized lounge, studio kitchen and study room. The three families are linked with courtyards at different zones.
So there was an overlay of common, private and semi private spaces required between the three families at every floors. This was the toughest design challenge to develop a convincing proposal to the client. There was a need of a pluralism to prevail in a seamless singularity at different volumes of the Architecture.
