Concept
Remodeling of the existing facade into the new facade with adding 5 floors vertically to the existing 12th story high office building.

We try to show the images of the original shape of Coins as means of the monetary goods and try to project into the new facade of the financial institution - Shinyoung Securities (www.shinyoung.com).

For the newly added 5 floors, we propose the garden plus with the the garden in the center where tree, the symbol of Shinyoung Securities will be planted.
