Every city has landmarks of its own, and there is no expection for Shenzhen. KingKey 100, Ping An Financial Center or Shekou Price Plaza are the newly emerging force of the city.
以深圳唯一国际邮轮母港经济为依托，太子湾正在搭建起未来深圳的城市封面。山、海、城有机结合，其中超甲级写字楼——太子广场更是自然笔触最为浓重的一笔。
Through economic development of the international cruise home port, Prince Bay is building the name card of Shenzhen in the future. The combination of the mountain, the sea and the city created a top grade office building of price bay area.
由横向的商业裙楼和垂直的办公塔楼组成，面向港湾，太子广场背靠小南山，拥有得天独厚的山海景观，其建筑外观由OMA大都会建筑事务所操刀设计。在这座外形如艺术馆般的办公塔楼中，YuQiang&Partners为招商蛇口打造了一个以艺术为载体，以能量为主题的当代商务办公展示空间。
It consists of horizontal commercial podium building and vertical office tower. With Nanshan mountain on the north and the Prince Bay on the south, the Prince plaza has its unique geographical advantage.The building was designed by the Office of Metropolitan Architecture(OMA),while the Exhibition Center was designed by YuQiang & Partners.Combining features of the exterior design and the theme of energy, YuQiang & Partners created a contemporary exhibition center with art.
蓝金沙大理石和亚克力构成太子广场的建筑雏形，直耸入天花板的办公塔楼成为目光的焦点。
The palissandro blue marble and acrylic are the architectural prototype of the building, While the office tower which up to the ceiling become the focus of the space.
在塔楼凸显的围合属性中，蛇口的建筑群有序而出挑。设计师提取了当代建筑的不同形式，将金属进行切割，共同勾勒出粤港澳大湾区的璀璨天际线。
The tower buildings are planned into closed space. It shows a neat layout
Of city buildings in shekou.The designer mix up various styles of contemporary architecture and use metal cutting to outline the bright skyline of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
设计与光影相互作用，让空间本身更显轻盈。在以高级灰为基调的观景平台中，Mutto的oslo系列沙发塑造了一处安静、自在的角落。
The space looks lighter as the sunlight and shadow moves.The skydeck area is decorated with senior grey. Mutto oslo sofa which lies in the coner create quiet and comfortable ambience.
在多媒体展厅中，招商蛇口致力于全面打造富有科技感的现代展厅，营造一种极致的沉浸式体验。
In the multimedia center, China Merchants Shekou(CMSK) is committed to building a modern, futuristic and immersive space.
与多媒体展厅特意营造的暗环境不同，基于城市与自然环境的联系和互动，设计师将山、海、城市有机结合，构筑出三大观景平台，使办公区的通透感迎面而来。
However,the working section are more bright than the multimedia center. Based on the connection between the city and the natural environment, the designer combines the mountain, the sea and the city to build three viewing platforms.
片墙式玻璃仿若发光的装置艺术品，将空间进行有效划分，于整体通透的自由布局中形成理查德·塞拉式的艺术空间。
The glass wall appears to be a shinning installation which divided the space into different sections, which forms a Richard Serra style art space in the free layout.
通过城市、空间、建筑、人和艺术能量5个角度，设计师全方面传递太子广场“艺术能量中心·城市美学应用平台”的形象。在城市高空，感受城市脉搏。
Through the perspective of urban, space, architecture, people and artistic energy, the designer displays the Prince Art Plaza as an art energy center and urban aesthetics platform. Standing at the top of the building, you can feel the rhythm of the city.
传统的巨大办公桌被小而多的开放办公桌取而代之，清晰的线条和体块微妙平衡了办公室的温情与现代社会人际关系，再藉由高级灰塑造出一个极简的办公空间。
The open office space is arranged with many small desks. The sharp lines and the spatial block make it a warm and simple working place.
“观众是作品的一部分，他们在游走的过程中体验着不同的视角，这个过程中包含了期许、记忆、时间、走动和观看。”理查德·塞拉探讨了艺术作品、空间与观众之间的置换关系 ，设计师亦从中汲取到了养分。
"The viewer is part of the work. They experience different perspectives as they walk around. It contains expectations, memories, time, walking and watching." Richard Sierra explores the relationship among art works, space and the viewers. Accordingly, the designer also learned from Richard Sierra’s conception.
流动感十足的玻璃片墙与城市景观和谐地融于一体，实现整体构图的统一性和空间叙述的完整性，令办公空间爆发出了更多维的场域能量。
The flowing glass wall is integrated with the urban landscape, while the unity of layout makes the office space more energetic.
当观者站立于此，亦身处于这无形的艺术能量磁场当中。
As the viewer walks in,they will find it an invisible magnetic field of artistic energy.
