The program intended to draw up a Housing and Commerce in a plot with 3160 m2.
The proposal is developed from two different contents but related for the concept design. The first is a housing
block where it occupies 70% of the plot, reserving the remaining 30% for the second content (commerce).
This percentage permitted a exibility allowing a new concept design in a residential area, where a large volume
limited by height, allowing tting about 30 housing for young students or in beginning of life, not restricting to other targets.
