Concept
The mall has spread to areas around the plan. The surrounding environment is a small dense region and about 6.5–13 feet of road width.
This large building of urban height, frontage, and depth will smooth the relationship with the city while using the scale of the city. First, in order to approach a part to enlarge it from a width of 20 feet, you have to divide the relationship with the city, the passage portion of about 10 feet by cunning placement planting on both sides, the scale of the city retracted to flow up to the building.
While connected to smoothing the relationship, planting also plays a role in the buffer zone of the city. By emphasizing the shape of the existing building, the volume is horizontally divided by the eaves and close to the scale of the city building volume; the façade is a design that the building itself snuggles up to in the town in this region. In contrast to various natural finish materials of wood, etc., the Share House is of conventional type. Décor minerals, common areas, proprietary parts, and design that many like nostalgia were designed to become a comfortable space.
