The recently completed Shanghai World Financial Center, currently reigning as the world’s tallest tower, sits within Pudong’s high-powered Liujiazhui financial district. At its entry are the Shops and Restaurants at SWFC. Inspired by abstract artwork, a palette of mixed stones, woods, metal and glass creates a vibrant and juxtaposed zone of interface between the tower’s quiet corporate elegance above to its urban context below.
