Shahneshin Villa was designed in the Shahneshin area of Kalardasht.
Due to the location of the villa in the forest, it was decided to choose the material in such a way that it finds harmony and a good connection with its surroundings. Therefore, Wood was selected as the main material for the building.
The overall volume of the building was oriented towards them under the influence of the surrounding landscapes, and openings were created in those parts for better use of these landscapes.
Due to the rainy weather in this area, in order to better control the rainwater, the roofs lead to the walls steeply.
A fireplace was designed in the living space of the villa in such a way that its chimney is out of volume and can be seen well. Its fireplace was designed inside the big rock that was found in the heart of the landscape, which due to the great opening of the living room towards the forest, made a better connection between the interior space and the outside.
The spatial division of the villa is such that the living and kitchen spaces are on the level of the yard and the bedrooms are considered on a higher level.
