In the ever-evolving skyline of urban landscapes, a new icon emerges with a 150m super high-rise tower that redefines the concept of integrated living and working spaces. Led by Aedas Executive Director Chris Chen, this architectural marvel serves as a multi-functional hub, encompassing headquarters, high-end serviced apartments, a luxury hotel, retail spaces, and state-of-the-art offices.
Positioned around the Theatre, the project stands as a striking beacon of contemporary design and functionality in Shaanxi. The project consists of 4 towers, while the high-rise tower is designed at the north-west corner, optimising the landscape view.
Inspired by the corporate logo as well as the Qinling Mountain nearby, the glass panels are arranged regularly to create a bold architectural form and to signify the spirit of the corporate. By combining two distinct façades, the design introduces visual variation while preserving a sense of unity and elegance. The façades feature fins and aluminium panels, creating a refined, modern aesthetic for the urban environment.
The towers boast soaring double-height lobbies that create a grand sense of arrival, combining elegance with openness to offer a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel tower features 309 rooms, with all-day-dining, multi-functional room, and an indoor swimming pool, making it a truly livable community at the southern corner.
Retail spaces surrounded by the high-rise towers are crafted to offer a unique shopping experience. A serene courtyard is designed to provide a relaxing atmosphere and direct access to the city's metro system, enhancing convenience for shoppers and commuters, and unique and bespoke retail outlets that cater to different markets and luxury shoppers.
Chris shares, ‘The 150m high-rise tower and the rest are a symbol of modern architecture's potential to create harmonious, integrated living and working environments. The new landmark offers an unparalleled experience that is both innovative and timeless for business, leisure and living.’
