For several decades, the plateau of Saclay has been the localization of a technological and scientific cluster. In this context, the Servier group is considering the construction of a new Research Center in the north of the ZAC du Moulon. Our project is designed to let the landscape come in the building through patios and terraces. The volume, clearly profiled, invites the campus to find an extension inside the building. The building is composed of a ground floor and three higher levels. Between the levels there are important technical levels, which generate partial heights under ceiling up to 4.5 m. A frame of 8.1 m in frontage and a depth of 24 m, allow a great variety typological in the arrangement with a multitude of spatial qualities. The workspaces are spread over several trays, separated by patios and atriums that oppose the natural light and allow views between the different poles. A central atrium with urban proportions, public space, large terrace The building is composed of different "poles" spread over several plateaus and accessible independently from the ground floor. Thanks to the very high modularity of the building, possible changes in the composition and size of work units will be possible in an unmarked office building.
