Located in the one of the most luxurious areas of Dunedin, the design was to consider an integration with the natural environment and the tranquillity of the neighbourhood, with its spectacular views to the Gulf of Mexico.
Design wise one of the influences to design was the integration of natural materials like the wood on the canopies and the great openings, the windows are not the usual opening, they give a full view of the bay area, the warm neutral colours provide a sense of tranquillity while the landscape enhances the comfort for all the owners.
