The design of this office-building project – adjoins an urbane, up-scale residential neighbor hood in the Chang Chung Dong area of Seoul. The design takes advantage of the steeply inclined site, to conceal the parking and commercial levels within the excavated area of the site. The reflective glass used in the curtain wall, was chosen to reflect the existing contextual fabric of the neighboring areas.
