Seneca Polytechnic is transforming the eastern edge of its Newnham Campus with a new Health & Wellness Centre that reimagines aging athletic and fitness facilities as a contemporary, campus-wide destination. Designed collaboratively by DIALOG and Two Row Architect, the project brings together diverse programs to support physical, mental, and spiritual well-being while strengthening connections across campus. Replacing outdated amenities, including a decommissioned arena, the centre creates an integrated environment that fosters community, activity, and belonging supporting everything from sport and fitness to gathering, reflection, and learning. Positioned as a key gateway, it enhances connectivity to residences, sports facilities, and academic spaces, establishing a cohesive hub for student life shaped by movement, balance, and shared experience.
