Seito Sushi is an upscale sushi restaurant located in Baldwin Park, near downtown Orlando. This project was a remodel and expansion of the existing facility which ultimately increased to a size of 4,000 S.F. It was a collaborative project with the owners, Jason and Sue Chin, who had a clear vision of what they wanted within their space. MDC was commissioned to assist with the remodel and helped bring to life the custom bar and the now iconic wine cube located in the middle of the space.
