This project is a 10,000sf two floors interior office space for an automobile spareparts warehouse located in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The concept is simply pragmatic minimalist. Using the retangular linear to divide public, semi-public and private zones. A customized chandelier which is made out of the various Tom Dixon pendant ligths at the lobby entrance to greet and welcome guests. The black granite top at lobby serves as a reception of merchandise trades and services. A pantry is located adjacent to main conference room providing convenience to serve not only the stuffs but also the visiting guests.
