In the search of the state of the art as a technology and security company, Security Sat challenged OARQUITECTOS to create a new office space to fulfill their needs regarding an environment that evolves rapidly.
Their problem was not only their relationship with new clients in a faster world, but also the internal culture of the company that was sleeping in the past.
We created a network of spaces full of character and with a unique story to tell, each one of them. Related to each other from different circulations, avoiding this way a flat and boring office space.
We were asked to increase creativity and to make employees understand office space as a game or story. A space that takes users to from “work” to a “Ride”.
The spaces are connected by colors, heights, materials and transparencies. Relating areas such as work areas, cool down, conversation, technology, food and play. We look forward to transform routine into fun.
Since most of the area is underground we worked intensively into rescue and use natural light. Several “out of the desk” areas were created to improve creativity, production and development.
Graphics throughout the space keep a “conversation” with the user from the bathroom to the most open areas. This made a huge emotional change and the way people look now and their “workplace”.
This is how we created “work” a place where is fun to be and that celebrates creativity to do things better.
