A modest brief called for a three bedroom residence with associated living spaces on a given very small budget.Even house is small, a specious feeling was achieved by creating open living space upstairs with mezzanine easy connecting master bedrooms by a series of internal bridges, voids, galleries, openings and balconies. This allow for light to carve up the spaces around the whole house.Great care has been taken to promote the natural attributes of the site with beautiful sea and mountains views from the first floor with the use of materials to complement the natural colour pallet and textures. The approach has therefore been a house that blends with and does not overpower nature with a cohesive architectural character where it comes to scale, proportion and the articulation of the building form. It is airy, yet firmly anchored into the site.
