The 49,000 SF building includes a 2-story showroom viewed from above by a steel bridge with a glass floor. The original 1950’s concrete building shell received a combination of corrugated and composite metal panel cladding; aluminum store front; curtain wall systems and a unique waterproofing system at the roof deck parking area.
The small site required efficient use of the valuable property utilizing basement, main floor and rooftop areas for showroom, parking, detailing and service functions.
The "jewel box", a 3-story steel and glass structure, is the signature design element which displays a feature car at the third level.
