Architectural study for a luxurious residential house in a small beachfront community near Athens.
From its elevated position, the house has spectacular views of mountains and the sea which are visible from every aspect of the house.
There are extensive balconies and terraces both at the front and back of the house and large windows frame the sea views from the interior. The front of the property literally unzips across the entire front façade allowing direct access from the dining, living, entertainment, and master bedroom to the exterior on both levels. The architecture expresses a modern and minimalist aesthetic.
The pool is strategically placed to enjoy the view but also to create a cooling breeze over the terrace and into the house
as the north wind flows uphill and over its surface.
