The renovation of the existing unit constituted the second step for the completion of the original vision of Seascape Luxury Resort, after the construction of the new complex in 2018. A notable feature of the study is the shaping of the facades and the surrounding area to smoothly merge with the rest of the complex, both aesthetically and functionally.
The use of materials such as stone, wood, metal and glass contribute to the unification of the complex but also to highlight the austerity of the design. Internally, the accommodation areas are being renovated following the contemporary trends in Hotel Design. The sense of luxury, well-being and privacy give the idea of a convenient space, which is in line with the identity of the rest of the complex.
The access to the quarters is achieved externally by metal bridges, so that the experience is shared equally between the interior and exterior spaces. In addition, with the appropriate architectural interventions, the increase of the accommodation facilities was achieved.
All common areas are integrated while at the same time a new public space is created, clean in form and with a mutual design language. The aim was to simplify the geometry and the elements of the main building’s volume, to gain architectural definition and clarity. The transformation of Seascape Luxury Resort was successfully completed in March 2020.
