A luxury apartment building meant to be at a seafront but could be placed anywhere. In this render the structurals weren't done. On the bottom level there is space fore one or more stores, the lack of windows on the back are to cover the street sounds and to enhance the view of the ocean. On the roof there is a comunity pool. The inside renderings were awful since i had problems with lightning
