Seafront Balcony

The client of this fantastic property had a simple brief; design a fantastic balcony. The previous small balconies were replaced with a single larger one on each floor. The biggest issue was attaching the balcony to the façade, as we couldn't touch the interior. In the end the structure was anchored to and cantilevered from the external skin itself. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay gives the impression that one is on a yacht rather than in an immobile home.
