In Zichron Yaakov on a plot of approximately 1500 sqm built a new home for family with 3 children.
The plot is open to the sea view and to the Rotchild resort.
The owners wanted to create a closer relationship between the inside and outside in order to get in touch with the landscape and the view and the children's activity in the garden and pool.
On the side facing the view we built a stone structure with decorative openings and a wide Pergola structure. The Pergola has a stone column that is similar to the stone structure that serves as the dining area.
Tiled roof space is floating over the stone structure and is disconnected from it with a glass vitrine.
In the rooftop space is located in the parents ' bedroom. The roof space is supported on the other side on the home's bedrooms.
Floating roof over the stone structure created a strong contact between the inside and the outside garden and pool.
The finishing materials and the construction openings, characteristics the traditional building in Zichron Yaakov.
