house/studio open program concealing the work and way of living of a real client, a sculptor.concept development between a complex urban context and an unconventional definition of livingThe IDEA of a TOWER arises through an interpretation of the sculptor’s way of living.With a complex urban environment, different scales and proportions, the building is PEREMPTORY established through linear plans. Intending to be a reference point, this proposal was implemented to function as a hinge, a MASS that makes a transition in the surrounding diversity. Being consequent its relationship with the escarpment, gaining its scale.The program is defined by a work space (studio) and a habitation area. a LABORATORY likely to be appropriate by the artist, exploring ways and means of living.Through an central empty space , the interior is developed in a SPIRAL, by the succession of multifunctional platforms that are visually related.NATURAL LIGHT is the element that aggregates all spaces.
