Science park development generating more high-tech office and laboratory accommodation, with necessary supporting infrastructure in a landscaped park setting developed in three phases. The overall site and individual buildings are served by an energy-saving district cooling system, creating a sustainable environment capitalising on a seafront location. Highly adaptable buildings with energy-efficient features are carefully placed in a landscaped setting to maximise sea views. The design encourages and sustains social interaction amongst park users and provides a much cherished public open space in urban Hong Kong.
