Schmidts Site Signage

As an extension of a larger branding exercise, we developed a system for marking tenant spaces, building entries and way-finding throughout the site. Each building is identified by name, color and pattern. Tenant entrances are signed with stainless letters and a canopy. The underside of each building’s canopy is color coded as are the commercial tenant numbers, which are surrounded by the same color vinyl in a pattern also singular to the building. At each entrance to the plaza are internally lit directories containing a map keyed with the space numbers, brand colors and patterns to help visitors navigate the site.
