Although past collaborations with Chef Scott Conant have been tremendously successful, the Scarpetta Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas truly depicts style with understated design gestures, despite the gaudy nature of the Strip. Scarpetta Cosmopolitan has an earthy lyrical design that flows through the restaurant, marrying both haute and homey concepts for an approachable fine dining experience.
