Two displaced plates provide opportunities for covered walkways and external screened balconies. Simplicity is at the root of the design of this G + 1 bespoke headquarters. Natural light is provided to internal work spaces via perimeter glazing and glazed "green" lightwells. The 4500 Sq M building shall use grey water systems, light fixtures on sensors along with careful siting in terms of building orientation to ensure a healthy and enjoyable work space for its occupants.
