Designed by Leguía Yias Arquitectos, this 640 m² workspace in the heart of Buenos Aires redefines the hybrid office as a living ecosystem.
The project occupies two levels—third and fourth floors—transforming a traditional structure into a dynamic, biophilic environment where technology, wellbeing and sustainability coexist seamlessly. The design dissolves the boundaries between interior and exterior through the concept of “infinite green”, an architectural gesture that connects people, nature and work.
Every element—from the custom-made furniture and lighting to the acoustic treatment and ergonomic workstations—was designed specifically for this project. The program includes an auditorium, streaming studio, collaborative zones, nesting room for infants, healthy bar, meeting rooms, and data center with high-performance infrastructure.
Materials were chosen for their tactile warmth and sustainable origin: natural woods, recycled metal, and high-efficiency lighting systems coexist with renewable energy use and full waste recycling.
At its core, the project is a synthesis of human and digital intelligence—a space that anticipates the evolution of contemporary work and celebrates architecture as a catalyst for innovation and wellbeing.
