This is a large single-family house on a prime Ocean View lot in Santa Monica Canyon. The clients wanted a house that makes optimal us of the spectacular setting and views. The plan is separated into three zones, a center zone for entertaining, a west wing for guests, and a more private east wing. The house, once completed, will achieve  LEED Silver rating.
