Site is located in the calm, serene environment of the Koteswar Hills of Ahmedabad. Building design by the architect was according to Retail Store later on Client change it idea to start with Banquet hall & service apartment in suburban. Design challenge was to incorporate building service as per banquet hall. Interiors was done in the preset budget hence repetitive furniture module was done in workshop to minimize it. Maintainable, clean, neat & minimalist design was incorporated.
