The social environment of
the city destroyed by the onslaught of chaotic expansion of private
transport. Parking of private cars, which is nothing other than storage of private ownership of
public space, devouring not only the space required for the free flow of
traffic, but all the large portions of the urban environment. Effective use of the car
can be achieved only through collective management of the entire fleet
of cars. The project proposed the use of urban
spaces in the concept of New Urbanism * ". Structure of the parking lot surrounded
on all sides by a public space. City renews one of the most important
functions - the function of communication. Parking is
located above ground level at around 4 meters. The public areas of the parking lot may vary depending on the
requirements of the territory.
