Charlesworth Bay House 1 involved extensive renovations to a tired looking large family house – a casual contemporary eclectic mix was taken on to give the house a new lease of life - the northern bush & sea aspect was opened up to via bi-fold doors – externally casual clean lines were achieved with extensive timber decking, refurbished pool & reworking of timber balustrade, windows / doors & introduction of slatted pergola – internally all areas were refurbished, oiled american oak timber floors combine with white timber panelled joinery and natural stone to give a fresh warmth to the house.
