We remodeled this 1903 Victorian house that was in good conditio, but had the typical layout of long hallways and lots of broken up spaces. In the kitchen, there was only a sink and a five foot countertop in a small room with too many doors, so we replaced it with a functional and inviting space with lots of light. We were able to save the character and period details of the house and preserved the living areas with their original details but new areas were designed with modern details. The materials we chose would be the blending elements between Victorian and modern.
