Sims Architects was hired to design the new Salt + Pepper Italian Bistro, located in the mixed-use Lofts at Worthington off of Oregon Pike. The 80-seat restaurant features a variety of tables and booths, with flexibility to arrange for larger groups. Custom lighting fixtures and custom casework were both provided by Sims Architects.
