YEAR

"Crumbling facade"
An avant-garde bar that continues to stand out since its opening in 1988. From exterior to interior, the design articulates an organic story. The dome at the entrance was designed so to pose a philosophical question to the city. The sculptural form made of glass and panels appears to diverge by degrees and crumble. It evokes diverse images in the viewer's mind through its manifold faces. It exists as a detonator provoking a burst of intellectual curiosity for the extraordinary amidst the mundane everyday.
