The 14.8 acre linear site is located on the Sacramento River and in the West Sacramento Triangle Area Specific Plan area. The master plan envisions the development of 800 residential units (including 120 affordable housing units), 450 room hotel, 127,500 SF of retail space, 168,800 SF of office, structured parking and public open space on 10 parcels which may be developed or sold independently and phased. The master plan organizes the program around linked public nodes along the riveredge promende including the civic plaza, sports zone, and farmers market area.
