The structure was existing (planned for a 2 storied house in a huge plot with a swimming pool (open to air) & connected to a gym & a separate block for guest ( incl. Of room, dining + pantry)
The goal was to give a modern face to the structure & replan the interiors to suit the Owner.The landscape was also conceived by us thereby giving us the freedom to give a tight coordinated interior/exterior look.
An impressive entrance with feature walls & decks on shallow water bodies lead up to a double height main door. The inside is again spilled with some effective details all over niches, accented angled walls create interest and an otherwise conventional staircase is made totally striking by simply altering the size & orientation of the first flight. Solid railing in white corian with a beautiful lighting composition on the back wall becomes the main focus here. Floors are in sheets of Grey composite. Metal & wood trellis Cabinets are designed in strategic points. A bespoke kitchen conceived in corian integrates well with the rest of the interior. Huge glasses connect the inside with the outside.
Granite (leatherite) is the flooring used outside with wooden decks. Wooden pergolas add softness to the scale of the architecture.
The lower floor is basically of living areas like lounges, home theatre, dining and kitchen. A Long bridge extending towards the swimming guts out from the first floor to enjoy the pool view from top.
3 Bedrooms & a family lounge is planned on first floor.
