The project is a modern villa comprised of a main family house on the ground floor and a separate apartment with private access on the first floor. The house has a linear development in order to take full advantage of the vista. Upon entering the house, the visitor is faced with an open view of Beirut and the sea beyond it. Large terraces covered with cantilevered slabs outline the house on three sides. Polished beige stone and rough stone combine to give the villa a modern country look.
