The restaurant is located in a mountainous tourist area, frequented mainly by skiers and hikers. The project therefore aims to meet the needs that the imagination of users fleeing the chaos and the city expects when entering a mountain cabin: the feeling of a warm, informal and welcoming environment. A convivial atmosphere characterized by pleasant natural elements that recall the simplicity of life in these places surrounded by nature. A project that tends to balance between the context that enters through the wide openings and design elements with a simple contemporary feel. This is how the pizza counter and the bar counter were born with a structure in wooden logs and Corian top, illuminated by LEDs, contemporary furniture that flank antique furniture and a large fireplace. The result is not intended to be specifically structured, but, once some main points of reference have been established, it leaves room for change and contamination of the lived environment. In this case, the designer has set himself the goal of being "imperceptible", present but not dominant, the creator of a non-binding project, open to improvisation and customization.
