BA Project Store Magleby (fictive)
An old rural environment with open field transformed and developed into a more fashionable green village environment. The development must be a part of integration with the existing structure. The project will help ensure that the increased population growth in the Copenhagen with more potential homes.

Private common road , ensure good traffic conditions for pedestrians , cyclists , and ensure access road to a public road , the private roads are designed to technically defensible manner, with symmetric turning space for refuse collection and emergency vehicles , ensuring corner cutting in the transition from the road to the public road Brydevej
It is divided into three building structures
Part no . 6 and 7 subdivided parcels with access to a roof terrace with direct crossing to Sønder Klinkelgade
Part no. 1.3 and 5 divided Villa Apartment separately in 2 levels with horizontal boundaries, with the right to use the garage area, and access to terrace at ground floor, first floor and rooftop.
Part No. 2 and 4 is divided into contiguous linked house of construction favoring division into flats where there cannot be vertical boundaries and cannot be parcelled
The Property development - should create a green residential area for families - with safe roads - activities - a village community, creating a tale of Store Magleby as a healthy, safe area to live in, and create an identity and a good social community - in this way creating an attractive city to live and stay in and the prospect of potential resale.
The project deals with the appointment rewarding task for a practicing chartered surveyor. The project was designed to solve a (fictional) asked cadastral task that is linked primarily to St. Magleby By, Dragør.
