An innovative economic activity, with the ability to contribute to the appreciation and dissemination of the Natural and Cultural Heritage of the town and its environment.
A project born at the landscape, and from the recognition of the viewshed and scenic landmarks, surface water courses, the system of stone terraces, and the solar and wind accessibility to ensure maximum energy efficiency.
The aims is to create a framework, to highlight the view of the Quesa landscape. The singular volume that has 5 rooms, built with a prefabricated metal structure system and wood create a landscape milestone.
The 70% of the remaining program disappears under stone terraces taking advantage of the thermal inertia of the land, ensuring the integration and identity of the place.
