'Accommodating all required facilities to the newly bought apartment' by our client was the main agenda. We have noticed one thing very strongly from our clientèle, that history and surrounding plays a very important role in our development. Our most clients are middle aged, upper middle income group people. They are from the league of scholars who had schooling from village/ very small cities and came where they are now. During the process of their development, they have accepted change much faster compared to others. This project had similar situation. Acceptance to design ideas were strong yet required a touch of art deco. why art deco is questionable. i believe, it was the time when our clients received most information regarding design.
