This building is located on a visually attractive lot largely due to views to the surrounding vegetation, the proximity to the River Plate, and the immediate environment. Aware that the fundamental elements of a of a free level building are basically, structure, circulation core and façade, and due to being a very small lot placed between party walls, the skin has been both the protagonist and the promoter of the project. We have tried to explore the possibilities of generating a glazed facade far removed from the traditional rectangular grid. This skin thus, becomes the expressive element of the building through the combination of five different types of windows. The results of this combination are the variations of the skin on each floor. In turn, each level is associated with the outside by framing it in particular way. Making the most of its southeast orientation, clear glass has been used to allow the expression of all of the components of the façade. Materially, it has been tended towards the simplification: exposed concrete, aluminum and glass as main elements.
