The house project RPS was designed to house a couple, children and your dog. On a plot of 400m2, located in Sao Jose do Rio Preto, Brazil, the program called for a residence with three bedrooms, living rooms and dining, laundry facilities, kitchen, balconies, barbecue, pool and two-car garage. The proposal has solved the problem of small land with the extensive program, fully integrating the social, leisure, kitchen and ... including the garage, which extends the balcony when the need arises, only leaving the car outside. Another problem faced in the project was that to solve the unwanted solar radiation (very hot city) in large openings, which was achieved with the residence of the implementation on the ground and creating a large gable on the top floor, which protects the openings and creates a very interesting aesthetic volume, including facilitating cross ventilation inlet, while sunlight, indirectly, clear all social environments. The result can be seen on the images, where we bright environments while shaded. Like the shade of a tree.
