Roti De Forest Narathiwat is new building project. The site is next to the original main road, next to the area there are buildings parallel to it and there are many original trees behind the site. Therefore,the design of the building is placed parallel to the site by avoiding the original trees for preserve the original trees.The entrance was designed in the middle of the site so that you can see through the green area behind the site. The main entrance was designed as an arch that related with the shape roof of the building. The building is designed to be modern with Nordic shape combines raw materials to contrast with the natural greenery outside. The main entrance was divided into zones between the cashier's room and the dining zone inside. Choose to have the cashier in front of the store for convenience when walking in, asking before entering the store and when paying before leaving the store easily. The dining area inside the building was designed to be perforated to let the air flow through comfortably. When entering, you will see the Roti bar and beverage bar that want to show the process to made it. Create an atmosphere like a local Roti restaurant where you can see the process of making roti in the middle of restaurant because this part is like the heart of the Roti restuarant, which is the highlight of the project. The dining area was taller than other parts and was decorated with trees to create atmosphere that feel close to nature. As for the eye-level walls, the material was raw cement to show the rawness with nature And the upper part of the wall used black metal sheet that emphasizes the vertical lines to give a sense of height and orderliness. The front entrance zone used a translucent roof to draw in natural light into the building before gradually becoming opaque to lead to the shady atmosphere of the trees behind the site. The floor of the project used pebbles for clean look and lightness of the floor making it possible to see the shadows of the trees on the ground more clearly. Other facilities are located behind the restuarant such as Bathroom and prayer room. As for the outdoor area, there will be original trees to provide shade. And there is an open zone without trees as an option for customers. Create a variety of dining experiences inside and outside
