Dating from 1871, no. 2 Rostrevor Terrace is a large Victorian, two storey over garden level semi detached dwelling and is listed as a Protected Structure. In late 2013 we were appointed to design and oversee the complete refurbishment of the property which included much needed conservation works to the building fabric, the original roof, windows, joinery, brickwork, internal plasterwork & joinery.
