Rosmarinen Precinct, in the Mariastaden district of Helsingborg, consists of 14 freehold detached single-family houses within a fine Little detailed development plan conducive to social experience. The precinct is a semi-urban, continuous area with clearly defined courtyard and street spaces. Spatial diversity and variety are created within a simple structure. The two and Three-storey Buildings present a secretive front to the street and a very open aspect overlooking the secluded gardens, making them a part of the houses´ living rooms. Exciting courtyard spaces, private gardens and communal green spaces interact through intricate spatial Connections.
Rosmarinen precinct is the prizewinner of the Swedish Association of Architects Housing Prize 2013.
